Inquest into the death of Robert Allan Hart – Killian appeared at this Inquest on behalf of the father of the deceased. This inquest received significant media attention. It explored the shortcomings in the treatment the deceased received from various medical practitioners.
Killian was ranked as the 15th best junior barrister in planning law by Planning Resource in 2017. He was ranked as the 2nd best barrister under the age of 35.
