Nathan has developed a strong commercial and chancery practice focusing on commercial disputes, insolvency, property, and probate litigation.

Nathan regularly appears in both the High Court and County Court for institutional clients, including banks and local authorities, companies of all sizes and individuals.

Nathan previously worked as a research scientist and has a PhD in Physics. His background is a real asset when dealing with expert evidence or complex disputes.

Nathan has substantial experience of dealing with a wide variety of commercial litigation including: contract disputes, debt and guarantee claims, sale of goods act claims, harassment claims against service companies, unfair terms and relationships, consumer credit and other finance related disputes.
