Over recent years there has been a significant increase in the enforcement of health and safety legislation driven by stronger enforcement policies issued by the regulators.  Fines for non-compliance have also seen a significant increase.

The Kings Chambers' Regulatory and Disciplinary Practice Group offers an experienced and specialist service in dealing with such enforcement from an early stage in the investigation such as the initial on-site investigation and PACE interview through to the Court proceedings. 

 Members of the Group have substantial experience in acting for both the regulators and the individual or businesses affected by the regulation.  Such experience includes:
