Major Infrastructure projects give rise to their own challenges. With the demise of the IPC – such projects are to be promoted through the ever changing planning process in one form or another.
Members of Chambers have led and advised upon some of the most important infrastructure projects in the UK.
With the UK on the verge of a major crisis in the delivery of its infrastructure those promoting such projects need to be assured that they are being advised by those with a past history of advising upon the successful delivery of such projects.
From the perspective of the public sector, there is usually no issue but that such projects should be delivered in the right place at the right time. The issue is often whether an individual project delivers the same. Again members have frequently been involved for the public sector in scrutinising such development and in helping to resist inappropriate development.
From gas storage, pipelines to nuclear power stations Members of Chambers have the expertise and experience to assist.
