Members undertake advisory, drafting and advocacy work for claimants and defendants in respect of all aspect of trauma litigation including:

• Public liability claims including accidents on the highway and on private property
• Road traffic accidents including credit hire claims and claims where allegations of fraud are raised
• Claims arising under the Animals Act
• Accidents abroad
• Sporting injuries
• Fatal accident claims including representation at inquest

There are members of the team at all levels of seniority undertaking personal injury work from the Small Claims Track to Multi-million pound catastrophic claims.

Members are happy to undertake work on a conditional fee basis in appropriate cases and welcome the opportunity to becoming involved in the early stages of litigation.
