Kings Chambers has a devoted team that advises and representsindividuals and the government on all judicial review aspects of:

• immigration, nationality and refugee lawincluding access to welfare and support, asylum claims under the 1951UN Convention relating to the Status of Refugees and EuropeanConvention of Human Rights;
• issues relating to arrest detention and deportation;
• war crimes cases;
• third country cases; and
• family reunion.

Members of the team are on the Treasury Panel of Counsel and undertake this area of work for the government.
