Costs Team Manager

Erica Bedford

Erica started at Kings Chambers in September 2010 following completion of her Training Contract at a large national firm.  She is a specialist costs practitioner in her own right (she is shortly to be admitted as a solicitor), but she will be focusing on the team’s performance rather than on her legal work. 

Her previous cost experience and position as a former client of Kings gives her a unique understanding of the level of service expected from Counsel on cost matters, as well as an in-depth understanding of the legal issues themselves.  Her role as Cost Team Manager is intended to help develop more solid customer relationships and, more importantly, to provide a service to clients which is second to none.

This is, as far as we are aware, the first time a Solicitor has taken up such a role within Chambers.  This cements the progressive nature of the Cost Team and its ongoing dedication to providing an unparalleled legal service.
