Members of the team have considerable experience in advising healthcare regulators - including the CQC (and its various predecessors)- concerning the regulation of care homes, nursing homes, private hospitals, children’s homes, domiciliary care agencies and the registration of persons practising in those areas.  The team contains considerable experience in appearing before the Care Standards Tribunal (now part of the First-tier Tribunal, (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) representing the regulator, service providers and individuals. In particular, our areas of expertise include:
