The law concerning Public Procurement  continues to develop at a rapid pace and Chambers has developed a  specialism in this area to meet the requirements of both public and private sector clients.

The Public Contract Regulations continue to pose challenges along with recent developments including the 2009 Amending  Regulations , the Remedies Directive and the regulations implementing the Directive.
