2013 -  Anthony successfully secured consent for 30 new houses of mixed type at Land off Cheltenham Road, Evesham, Worcestershire for Robert Hitchins Ltd

2012 -    Anthony successfully secured the grant of consent for 1,800 units at Tadpole Farm, Swindon for Crest Nicholson.

2012 - Anthony successfully secured consent at appeal for 300 units for Robert Hitchins Ltd at Stroud.

2012 - Anthony successfully resisted an appeal for 1,000 units at Grantham representing South Kesteven District Council.

2012 – Instructed by Cheshire East Borough Council, successfully resisted a proposed £300m thermal treatment incinerator with renewable energy outputs at Middlewich.
