Anna represents Claimants and Defendants throughout PI on both the fast track and multi-track. She has particular experience of RTAs (including fraud and motor insurance law points), employers’ liability (including industrial disease), Highways Claims. public liability claims and criminal injury claims. Anna enjoys cases involving unusual facts or areas of law.
Anna regularly conducts trials, and has substantial experience in undertaking interim applications, CCMCs and MOJ Portal hearings.
Anna has a particular interest in criminal injuries cases, predominantly representing Claimants with psychiatric injuries in historic sexual abuse cases. She is willing to undertake suitable cases under a damages based agreement.
Anna practises throughout employment and personal injury law. She undertakes written work, including pleadings and advices, and appears in Courts and tribunals throughout the UK, including at appellate level.
Anna appears in employment tribunals throughout the UK for Claimants and Respondents. Her clients includes County Councils, police forces, Hospital Trusts, major banks and supermarkets, several unions, including on a private basis, as well as individuals.
Anna practises throughout PI, undertaking work on the Fast Track and the Multi-Track. She particularly enjoys RTAs (including MIB/Motor insurance law), disease claims, and CICA cases. Anna represents Claimants and Defendants in equal proportions.
Anna is available to provide bespoke CPD lectures, and has published in excess of 20 articles in the last few years in her practice areas.
Anna is qualified to undertake direct access work.
