Chief Clerk for Planning, Environment and Public Law

Bill joined Chambers as Senior Clerk in 1988 having previously clerked in Liverpool, Manchester and London. In addition to heading-up our highly experienced clerking team, he has specific responsibility for clerking the planning, environment and public law team. Bill is a graduate of The Open University, holding a BA and a Diploma in Literature.

Bill is married to Carol and has two daughters.
His leisure interests include travel, music, theatre and literature.
