Stephen joined Chambers in September 2009 upon successful completion of his pupillage.

Stephen enjoys a very busy junior practice in the field of personal injury. He acts for both Claimants and Defendants in equal measure and is happy to accept instructions on a CFA basis. The majority of his work involves Small Claims and Fast Track actions but has been instructed on some multi-track cases. He has a fast growing reputation for the work he undertakes and the exceptional levels of service he delivers to those instructing him.  

His personal injury practice encompasses such areas as road traffic litigation (including associated criminal matters) and occupiers' and employers' liability claims.

Stephen also has a growing practice in employment litigation. He acts for both Claimants and Respondents. He has experience of wrongful and unfair dismissal claims (including constructive dismissal) together with all areas of discrimination.

In addition, he has conducted cases concerning TUPE and working time matters. He also undertakes employment related contractual litigation. Stephen has conducted numerous multi-day cases in the Tribunal.
