Stephen has over 15 years experience of dealing with clinical negligence litigation. He regularly provides advice in the areas of orthopedics, oncology, general surgery, prescribing errors, obstetrics, cerebral palsy and other birth injury claims.
Stephen has extensive experience of litigation arising out of catastrophic spinal injuries, brain damage, serious orthopedic injuries, chronic pain syndromes, amputation and other injuries of the utmost severity including fatal accidents. He also has wide experience of road traffic accident litigation, occupiers' liability, employers' liability, including disease litigation, military litigation, etc.
