Stephen practises as a member of the common law group in all aspects of clinical negligence and personal injury work including public and employers' liability and road traffic litigation.

Stephen has a particular interest in Clinical Negligence and litigation involving injuries of the utmost severity. He has represented Claimants in actions ranging from orthopeadic to neurological injuries. He has also advised on a number of muliti-party actions.

He also advises Clients on regulatory matters with a particular emphasis on the financial services industry.

Before transfering to the Bar, Stephen was a Solicitor for many years and a Partner in a city practice, specialising in clinical negligence and catastrophic injury litigation.
