Motorcycle accident - acting for Claimant, devastating injuries to knee, possibility of amputation, loss of earning capacity, settled £809,000
Deafness - acting for Defendant, breach and medical causation in issue, successfully defeating claim
Deafness - acting for Claimant, causation in issue, experts disagree as to which control population the Claimant should be compared, successfully recovering damages
Simon currently acts for UK Coal in the British Coal Respiratory Disease Litigation overseen by Swift J.
