Profile:

Rachel practises as a member of the Common Law group, specialising in the area of Personal Injury litigation. 

Rachel undertakes cases involving all areas of Personal Injury work, including road traffic accidents, occupiers’ liability claims and accidents at work.  She acts for Claimants and Defendants in equal measure and is happy to take instructions on a CFA basis.  Rachel has a particular interest in accidents occurring in the prison environment involving both prisoners and prison officers.  She has extensive experience working in-house at the Treasury Solicitor advising on such claims.   

Rachel also has a keen interest in Industrial Disease and Clinical Negligence.
