Martin has a wide-ranging and established commercial litigation and arbitration practice. He is on the Attorney General's Panel of Counsel.
He continues to deal with cases across the full range of employment law but with a specialism in restrictive covenant / confidential information work and the other more commercial aspects of employment law.
He is increasingly recognised for considerable experience in sports law and litigation and ranked in Band 1 for the Regions by Chambers UK. His experience of sports disciplinary issues has led him to deal with professional disciplinary cases generally and some associated regulatory matters.
