Profile:  

Mark is a senior junior practising in general chancery and commercial law. He specialises in five main areas, namely:
1) The law of real property (commercial, residential and agricultural), including restrictive covenants, easements, mortgages and landlord and tenant. 

2) Public rights of way, commons and town or village greens.  Markets and fairs.
3) Trusts, charities and unincorporated associations.
4) Probate and succession.
5) Insolvency.

Mark is the sole author of the publication of "Distribution on Intestacy" (FT Law and Tax, now Sweet and Maxwell)

Contract and Commercial law, commercial arbitration and the law of professional negligence in the context of each of his specialist areas. Work on the interface of public law and chancery law.
