Profile:

Johnny's principal interest is in technology and construction law. He joined chambers following his 12 month pupillage under pupil-supervisor Andrew Singer, during which time he gained valuable experience of all aspects of construction dispute resolution, including the important case of Reinwood v Brown in the House of Lords.

Johnny appears regularly in the TCC, and frequently advises clients on construction and associated professional negligence disputes. Johnny has been involved in a number of adjudications (JCT, defects, final account disputes, liquidated damages and extensions of time, concurrent delay) and has appeared at an arbitration hearing.

Johnny also appears regularly in the county courts on general common law and banking matters.
