Helen practises as a member of the common law group, specialising in employment and personal injury law.
As a personal injury practitioner, she undertakes both Claimant and Defendant work in all areas of personal injury, including road traffic, highways, employers' and public liability and clinical negligence. Helen has a particular interest in chronic pain cases.
As an employment practitioner, she appears regularly in the Employment Tribunal (ET) and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) for a wide variety of clients in all types of cases.
