Profile
Francesca has a relatively broad practice dealing with chancery and commercial matters, including banking, insolvency, fraud, possession matters, guarantees, assignments and commercial dispute resolution, with instructions usually provided by commercial organisations and insurer clients. Her particular interests and expertise in the commercial arena however involve consumer contract disputes across a broad spectrum of areas, together with Regulated Consumer Credit disputes.
Francesca has extensive experience of advising and litigating in Road Traffic Accident, Highway and Employment accident matters at small claims, Fast-Track and Multi-Track level, acting equally for Claimants and Defendants. She has had experience of both Noise Induced Hearing Loss and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome cases. Francesca has recently begun to develop a practice in veterinary professional negligence and is keen to develop this area of her practice further.
