Eleanor has an exclusively chancery and commercial practice with a particular emphasis on insolvency and corporate restructuring, directors' disqualification, chancery and commercial litigation, banking and finance litigation (including recoveries, guarantees and investments), breach of warranty claims, company law (particularly shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of trust and fiduciary duty claims), disciplinary cases for insolvency practitioners, commercial equine law and related professional negligence.
