Profile
David specialises in planning and environmental law and compulsory purchase. He has had the conduct of a large number of UDP and local plan inquiries including the Kelt Gas Fired Power Station inquiry. He has appeared in numerous inquiries countrywide on housing, retail, employment and minerals issues as well as in many cases in the Crown Office List.

He also undertakes Health and Safety work and includes many nationally known companies, including British Nuclear Fuels, among his clients.
