Profile
David has a busy specialist practice and includes in his clients several National House Builders; a leading provider of Sheltered Accommodation; a range of Institutional Developers of Commercial Property and a large National Restaurant Chain.
His involvement in energy and waste projects is extensive having promoted three Wind farms through inquiry in 2009. In 2010 he has provided a 10MW Combined Heat and Power Plant at Barry Dody through inquiry and advised on various others. He is retained by Sellafield Plc in respect of ongoing planning issues.
