Catherine practises as a member of the common law group in all aspects of personal injury work including, public and employers' liability and road traffic litigation.

In recent years Catherine has been developing a particular interest in clinical negligence and industrial disease work.  She has been instructed by the DTI as second junior counsel in concluded and ongoing group litigation arising out of coal mining.

She has a particular interest in all aspects of health and safety law including criminal proceedings.
