Profile:

Catherine practises as a member of the common law group in all aspects of personal injury work including, public and employers' liability and road traffic litigation.

In recent years Catherine has been developing a particular interest in industrial disease work.  She has been instructed by the DTI as second junior counsel in concluded and ongoing group litigation arising out of coal mining and enjoys a busy industrial disease practice based primarily around lung disease and industrial deafness.

She has a particular interest in all aspects of health and safety law including criminal proceedings.
