Further appointment to the Provincial Panel
Chambers is delighted to announce Nigel Clayton has now been re-appointed to the Provincial Panel. This takes the total number of chambers panel appointments upto 16.
As a specialist in mortgage litigation, Nigel has been retained principally by the Department for
Work and Pensions to act for the Child Support Agency in the recovery of chld support arrears
by means of charging orders and orders for sale.
