Planning & Environment
Several members of the team are nominated to act on behalf of The Highways Agency in matters relating to road schemes. We retain memberships of the Planning and Environment Bar Association, the Administrative Law Bar Association and UKELA. Two of our silks are Assistant Boundary Commissioners.
