Mediation is now having a real impact on how disputes are resolved.  At Kings, we have positively embraced mediation as part of the services offered to clients.

In November 2006, we were joined by Paul Johnson , who, during his time at Pannone LLP (where he was one of the senior litigation partners), had developed an excellent reputation as a mediator.  His appointment was a key part of the decision to develop a reputation for mediation services, leading to the creation of the Kings Mediation Group .
