Chancery and Commercial Law
Several members of the group are nominated to act on behalf of the Government in civil proceedings including Chancery, Charities, Property, Insolvency and Directors’ Disqualification work. We retain memberships of the Insolvency Lawyers Association, R3, TECBAR, Chancery Bar Association, Northern Circuit Commercial Bar Association, Northern Circuit Chancery Bar Association, Charity Law Association and The Property Bar Association.
